When a merchant uninstalls the Shopify app, Shopify sends an app/uninstalled webhook. M4 Pilot marks the shop as uninstalled, disables app access, and clears or invalidates tokens from active use.

Data Deletion
How merchants can request deletion of M4 Pilot Shopify app data, product catalog sync data, usage data, and uninstall-related information.
Merchants can request deletion or export help for M4 Pilot: AI Shopping Assistant by contacting M4makers support. Requests should include the shop domain, contact email, and request type: data deletion, data export, or uninstall help.
Synced product and catalog data, app usage data, and shop-related app data can be deleted upon verified request, subject to legal, billing, security, and compliance retention needs.
Privacy webhooks
M4 Pilot handles Shopify privacy webhooks required for customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact, and app/uninstalled.
Verified deletion requests
A merchant can request full deletion by emailing support@m4makers.com with the shop domain, contact email, and request type.
Processing timeline
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, billing, security, or compliance reasons.
