SevaScan is a QR-based complaint management platform that helps citizens report local civic issues and helps ward teams track, update, and resolve complaints from a dashboard.

SevaScan is built for ward representatives, councillors, local committees, civic teams, RWAs, public-service organizations, and local administration teams.
How does SevaScan work?
Each ward receives a unique QR code. Citizens scan the QR, submit a complaint through a mobile-friendly form, and receive a complaint ID. Ward teams manage and update the complaint from a secure dashboard.
Do citizens need to download an app?
No. Citizens can scan the ward QR code and submit complaints through a web form without downloading an app.
Can citizens submit complaints in Hindi?
Yes. SevaScan supports Hindi and English citizen flows.
Can citizens track their complaint status?
Yes. Each complaint receives a secure complaint ID that citizens can use to track progress.
Can ward teams assign complaints to team members?
Yes. Ward admins can add team members and manage complaint updates through role-based access.
Does SevaScan support photos, videos, voice, and location?
Yes. Citizens can add complaint details through text or voice and can upload photos or videos with location details when needed.
Is SevaScan only for government use?
No. SevaScan can be used by public representatives, local committees, RWAs, civic teams, public-service organizations, and local administration teams.
Is SevaScan a replacement for official government systems?
SevaScan is a local complaint intake and tracking platform. It can support local workflows but does not automatically replace official government systems unless formally adopted by the relevant authority.
