M4 Pilot: AI Shopping Assistant is a SaaS app for Shopify merchants provided by M4makers AI Solutions Pvt Ltd.

The app helps shoppers ask product questions and receive product recommendations based on the merchant's synced Shopify product catalog.

Merchants are responsible for installing, configuring, reviewing, and managing how M4 Pilot appears and behaves on their storefront.

AI-generated responses and product recommendations may not always be perfect, complete, or final. Merchants should review app behavior and important storefront information before relying on it for customer-facing use.

Billing and subscriptions for the Shopify app are handled through Shopify. Merchants are responsible for choosing, changing, and managing their plan through Shopify or the app experience made available to them.

Plan availability, limits, and billing behavior may change as M4makers improves the service.

M4 Pilot should not be used for illegal, misleading, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

Merchants should not use the app to misrepresent products, provide false product information, or create customer-facing behavior that violates Shopify policies, applicable law, or the merchant's own obligations.

M4makers may update, improve, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of M4 Pilot as the product evolves.

Availability may depend on Shopify APIs, internet connectivity, hosting providers, AI/API providers, and other third-party services needed to run the app.

M4 Pilot is provided to support product discovery and shopping assistance. It does not replace merchant judgment, store policies, product accuracy checks, or customer service review where needed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, M4makers AI Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app, Shopify API availability, third-party services, or merchant configuration choices.
